Course Materials Pick Up - Details and Instructions

Please allow for two business days to process and pack your order (excluding weekends and holidays). We do not process orders, nor offer delivery service on days the Bookstore is closed. Please check our web site for the latest closures information. A $5 handling fee applies to all pick up orders. This service is only available for web orders.

  • First head to our on-line course catalogue: http://www.bcitbookstore.ca/bcit
  • Select term from the drop down menu.
  • Search and select the titles to purchase (first time user will have to create a new account - just follow the on-screen instructions)
  • For 'Shipping Method' select 'Pick Up Order at Burnaby Bookstore' from the menu.
  • In the 'Special Shipping Instructions' comment box - enter your student number.
  • As always ensure your credit card number and expiry are correctly entered.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with the status of your order.
Books will be available for pick up at the Bookstore's back information counter approximately two business days after your order was placed. To ensure quick service when picking up your books please bring:

  • the credit card used when placing the order
  • your student card
  • an additional piece of photo ID
  • your order number or email confirmation
