• Select the term your classes start in from the drop down menu. ex: "BCIT - FALL 2010 TERM"

• Search and select the titles to purchase (first time user will have to create a new account - just follow the on-screen instructions)

• For 'Shipping Method' select 'Pick Up Order' from the menu - failure to do so will result in your order being shipped to your address with the applicable shipping and handling charges applied.

• In the 'Special Shipping Instructions' comment box - enter your student number.

• As always ensure your credit card number and expiry are correctly entered.

• A confirmation email will be sent to you with the status of your order.

• A $5 handling fee applies to all pick up orders. This service is only available for web orders.

• We do not process orders, nor offer delivery service on days the Bookstore is closed.  Please check our web site for the latest closures information.

Books will be available for pick up at the Bookstore's back service counter approximately two business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends).

To ensure quick service when picking up your books please bring:

• the credit card used when placing the order

• your student card

• an additional piece of photo ID

• your order number or email confirmation
